Processing and Handling

We do our best to process most orders within 1-2 days, but all orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your order tracking number.

 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE standard international shipping on most orders from our suppliers to the following countries and regions: the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and others worldwide.  Shipping typically takes between 2 and 4 weeks, through import and customs delays to certain destinations can extend shipping times beyond this window.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time on our order tracking page.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it's status.  Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at: avenuetreasures@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after the order is placed.  If the item(s) is unused and factory sealed in it's original new condition packaging, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders

If you purchased Green shipping Protection with your order and your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, here's how you request a replacement:

Green Shipping Protection reorders are made easy at reorder.corso.com or by emailing support@corso.com.

You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with.  Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email.

Once you have indicated that the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation.
