Product Condition Matters!

At Avenue Treasures we sell high quality products that are perfect for any home. We believe that condition matters and we want everyone to be thrilled with the items they receive from us. We do not sell used items. The product that we list as "new" is exactly that. New items are in the original factory sealed packaging. Any visual issues with the factory packaging will be stated on the product page of our website. Plus, many of our rare vintage toys are professionally graded so that toy collectors can buy with confidence.

Lightning Fast and Secure Shipping!

At Avenue Treasures, we carefully package all items and ship them in sturdy boxes, not envelopes or bubble mailers. Then packages are usually shipped out within 48 hours of payment clearing. Most packages are shipped the same day or first thing the next morning. Because we are located in the US, many of our packages arrive within 2-5 days nationwide. Every item includes tracking and is fully insured. Expensive items are mailed with signature confirmation. We mail directly through Shopify shipping service only using the labels they provide. We do not alter addresses on labels which will guarantee 100% accuracy. International packages are mailed direct and can typically take between 2 and 3 weeks, through import and customs delays to certain destinations.  This can extend shipping times beyond this window.

Some of our items can ship via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International. If the package is returned to us for any reason, we may refund the item but not the shipping costs. Please be aware of your customs laws and do not order items that are prohibited in your country.

What We Ask from You?

First, we ask that during checkout, you double check your delivery address to make sure it is correct and that you are shipping to a safe and secure location. We also ask buyers to be kind and courteous. Please refrain from low-ball offers or offers on already deeply discounted items. Please do not request us to report international purchases as gifts to avoid taxes. And lastly, we ask if there is ever an issue with your order that you contact us before leaving negative feedback or filing a claim.
